Funding Pack

Producing a well presented funding pack full of key information ( such as a detailed and robust appraisal, local market research, comparative sales figures and the construction programme) is a vital part of our process. We’ve been told time and time again that our packs are unrivalled when it comes to practicality, readability and aesthetics. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for the funders to understand your project.

Funder Management

We’ll arrange the information needed by your funder such as the appraisal, collateral warranties, professional consultant appointment documents and the management of valuations. To keep everyone in the loop (including the monitoring surveyor), we’ll undertake regular project reporting on key information relating to the project, progress, quality and cost. We’ll also liaise with the funder’s solicitors when needed, addressing any necessary queries and inquiries.

Drawdown Management

Using our monitoring system, we’ll track all costs, liaising directly with the monitoring surveyor and the funder for the most efficient drawdowns. This ensures the funding requirements are always well managed. You’ll also have access to this information so that you’re up to date with the live project costs throughout the programme.
