Located a short stroll from Old Street, this east London project management site originally comprised 9 apartments and 24,060sqft of commercial space in need of upgrading.
Acting in a QS/PM capacity, we collated the employer’s requirements and tendered the works to a number of design-and-build fit-out contractors. We then analysed the quotations, holding mid and post tender interviews, to hone in on the scope and the design for circa 10,000sqft of commercial space.
We managed the process of getting into contract, administered the contract, dealt with variations, payment valuations all the way through to final account, snagging and handover.
Having placed the main CAT A and CAT A+ scope with Thirdway, a leading fit-out contractor, Artform Project Management called on our extensive supply chain to fill in any out-of-scope packages, saving time and money for the client.
