Evagreen is a collection of 17 studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes (plus a commercial space) in Wandsworth, crafted with the planet in mind. Discover a celebration of tactile materials, spaces drenched in natural light and a highly efficient, renewable heating system. A home that feels good and does good.

In collaboration with the architects at GPAD and the designers at Scenesmith, we’ve pulled together a palette of tonal glazed bricks – deep forest green and fresh sage – paired with smooth precast concrete. And internally, the natural tones continue, with finishes hand-picked for their tactility and impact on the planet. These are materials you’ll want to run your hand over, from the walnut veneer cabinetry to the terrazzo tiles.

The kitchens by Leicht are carbon neutral and feature a quartz, mineral and recycled glass worktop, an instant hot tap and fully integrated Bosch appliances. And in the bathrooms, find rainfall shower heads with Crittal-style shower screens, plus recycled terrazzo from Verona and tiling by Mandarin Stone and Solus.

While every apartment had its own private terrace, we also created a tranquil communal garden above the canopy of Wandsworth, landscaped by award-winning designers GRDN. Up here, you’ll find a micro allotment assigned to each home with space to plant seeds, grow your own vegetables or tend to your favourite flowers.

Located just five minutes’ walk from the independent cafes and shops along Old York Road, eight minutes from Wandsworth Town Station and only ten to Wandsworth Park and the Thames, Evagreen was our first collection of thoughtfully-designed apartments in southwest London.
