A fellow developer had already obtained planning consent for 6 houses and 1 apartment at their Kensal Rise site. They were aware of our existing work (especially in the immediate location of North West London) and so brought us in to manage, design and brand the project.
In order to enhance and optimise the layouts, setting the homes apart from others nearby, we fully redesigned the development plans. We gained additional saleable square footage and changed the mix by incorporating another apartment into the scheme.
On behalf of the developer we identified the most appropriate funders and oversaw the entire funding process, managing the valuation and the monitoring surveyors.
As the planning consent was due to expire, we fast-tracked certain elements of the construction to ensure we were on site before the planning consent lapsed.
