Our Garnham Street site began as a private carpark which we purchased with planning consent to build 7 apartments, designed by Nicholas Kirk Architects. Working alongside the teams at Dowen Farmer and Scenesmith, we gained planning permission to build an 8th apartment within the scheme.
Throughout the building, we weaved a story of craft and sustainability, celebrating raw interior materials and sculpted exterior design. Using air-source heat pumps to heat each 1-3 bedroom home, the development used renewable energy throughout, with no gas boilers.
Just five minutes’ walk from the station and two minutes to the bustling Stoke Newington Church Street, these apartments couldn’t be better located.
