Apartments in our Harrow Road development are now sold
A collection of 1&2 bedroom apartments in the heart of Kensal Green, just 5 minutes’ walk from the Bakerloo Line.
We’ve returned to Kensal Green, bringing nine new apartments to Harrow Road. The project has been four years in the making since we found the site located just a few doors down from Caseworks, our first Harrow Road development. Our mix of 1 & 2 bed apartments share an exterior informed by its surroundings, with arches reminiscent of the neighbouring church.
We worked with the architects at GPAD and the interior designers at Scenesmith on the project. Drawing inspiration from the arched apertures along the building’s facade, we weaved these sweeping forms into each apartment. Playful, rounded architraves reach around windows and doors that open with spherical handles. Ensuites feature curved mosaicked walls with recessed sinks. And arched bathroom mirrors are paired with soft globe-shaped lights.
The building’s red brick was pulled from outside, flowing along the winter garden floors and inside the apartments with a single brick course. Engineered timber lined the living spaces, halls and bedrooms, all with exposed plaster walls.
The tonal palette was complimented by natural touches of sage in the kitchens and shared bathrooms, plus a deep wine in the ensuites. Each room distinctive, bearing its own character, all tied together with the subtle mushroom-coloured thread of the skirtings and doors.
