At Harrow Road we collaborated with the landowner to manage and obtain planning for 9 apartments and 1 commercial space in Kensal Green. We devised and oversaw the entire build programme, also managing its construction.
After finding and negotiating with a commercial tenant (a major national food store operator), we set up the build in such a way that we could get them into their space several months before the rest of the development was complete. This allowed the landowner to receive an income from the property at the earliest opportunity, maximising the returns in value.
We oversaw the full marketing strategy, creating a distinct brand, holding website and property brochure. We then worked closely with agents to manage the sales, and subsequently handled customer care for the 12-month defect period.
