Our client at Medora Road has instructed Artform to manage the planning phase of the project – 3 apartments and 2 houses nestled on a quiet residential street, only a few a minutes’ walk from Brockwell Park.
As well as finding and appointing the appropriate teams – Dowen Farmer Architects, Maddox Planning Consultants & Scenesmith Interior Architects – we’re managing the presentation of the application and the various planners at the local authority.
The site poses access obstacles which we’re overcoming through the use of beautiful curved brickwork and meticulous scheme optimisation. This will ensure the site reaches its maximum potential.
