On behalf of our private client looking to build a family home, we identified the plot of land in Muswell Hill before proposing and subsequently gaining consent for a circa 4,000sqft house.
It’s been a pleasure working on the design with the team at Dowen Farmer Architects, which includes a double bay window and a pared-back colour palette of red brick and feature precast stone. Taking notes from local architecture, this is a new house that feels right at home within the Muswell Hill Conservation Area.
Moving forward, we’re managing the build and looking forward to watching our plans become a reality.
