Project now complete
As part of a planning management project, we helped the landowner at Wilmer Place to achieve planning consent for 30 new homes in Stoke Newington.
The consented scheme consists of a collection of houses and apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, just a few minutes’ walk from the station and with intricate curves and two glass cores celebrating the views to Abney Park.
We worked closely with our brilliant architects at Dowen Farmer Architects and the team at Maddox Planning to gain the planning consent. The landowners are now deciding their next steps.
