Construction Project Manager
Alex’s journey into construction began in Brazil, where he achieved a BSc and NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management. He has since completed an MSc in Construction Project Management at the University of Portsmouth and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).
With over 14 years of experience across residential and commercial projects, Alex brings a deep understanding of project delivery from the ground up. At Artform, he works closely with both the office and site teams to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that every stage of the build runs smoothly, safely and to the highest standard.
Alex is a firm believer that safety is the cornerstone of any successful project, and that strong teamwork makes anything possible. He’s known for his clear communication and his belief that, with the right mindset, there’s always a way forward.

What’s your secret superpower?
Staying calm under pressure. No matter how hectic things get on site, I keep a level head and focus on finding solutions.
Tell us something about Artform that no one knows
Even though we’re always focused and professional, there’s a lot of humour and light moments behind the scenes – especially on site. It makes a big difference to morale.
Who would you most like to design and build a house for?
My wife. She’s been by my side through the toughest times and never given up on me. If anyone deserves a home built with love and care, it’s her.
What has surprised you the most about working at Artform?
The level of care that goes into every stage of a project – not just in the design or finish, but in the way people communicate, solve problems and support each other.
