We’re hiring a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager
In light of recent success and several exciting acquisitions (yet to be announced!), we’re on the lookout for a full-time quantity surveyor / project manager to join our team.

Experience Level
Mid-weight quantity surveyor with 3-5 years’ experience

Requirements
- You’re really into numbers. We’re looking for a detail-driven individual who can accurately analyse costs before work starts on site and will make sure we’re on budget right up to completion. Microsoft Excel and Project are your best friends.
- You’re great at building relationships and negotiating. Our QS/PM will need to procure and manage sub contractor packages throughout each project. You’ll be happy to pick up the phone and use your knowledge to save us time, money and materials.
- You focus on the details whilst paying close attention to the project as a whole. We’re seeking a methodical person who gets into the nitty gritty of the numbers. Someone who can also take a step back, think ahead and anticipate any problems that may arise. You’ll be working closely with and reporting to Ben, our Construction Director, who can put trust in your reports and calculations.
