Led by Experience

Our commercial work is led by Alexandra Dumas, Head of Commercial Projects at Artform PM. With a background in interior architecture and over six years’ experience delivering high-quality office and retail spaces across London, Ali bridges the worlds of design, construction and client strategy.

Alongside Artform’s directors, Ali oversees all of our commercial projects – including CAT A and CAT B fit-outs plus small refurbishment and reconfiguration works – ensuring every scheme is designed, procured and delivered to the highest standard. Her collaborative approach and deep understanding of market demand help our clients create spaces that perform both functionally and commercially.

Supporting Landlords and Asset Managers

For landlords and asset managers, our role is to enhance and reposition assets – making them as attractive and functional as possible. Whether it’s a light-touch refurbishment or a full CAT B fit-out, our project management ensures every scheme is delivered efficiently and intelligently.

We oversee every stage of the process:

• Location sourcing and initial space planning
• Appointment of professional team where necessary
• Tendering, procurement and contractor recommendation
• Contractor appointment and contract administration
• Programme and quality control
• Snagging and handover.

Drawing on our experiences, we identify out-of-scope opportunities, manage packages effectively and find cost-efficient ways to improve design and commercial value.

Our recent work includes 3,500 sqft of CAT A+ office fit-out in Holborn, where we managed the tender, advised on design and oversaw contractor delivery, alongside a similar 3,500 sqft CAT A+ scheme nearby on Norwich Street.

At East Road, just a short walk from Old Street, we acted in a QS and PM capacity to upgrade circa 10,000 sqft of workspace, managing the entire process from contract administration to snagging and handover. We placed the CAT A and CAT A+ scope with a leading fit-out contractor. Upon completion, it became apparent that the existing courtyard also required significant upgrades which we procured using our trusted supply chain.

Each project required close coordination between landlords, asset managers and contractors, ensuring seamless progress from concept to completion.

Supporting Tenants

For occupiers, our role is to adapt and refine spaces so they work perfectly for your business. Whether it’s a full interior transformation or smaller alterations, we understand the intricacies of the Licence to Alter process. We coordinate with landlords and their representatives at an early stage to ensure every detail is handled.

Drawing on our strong supply-chain relationships, we know which fit-out contractors will best suit your project – whether that’s a bespoke retail concept, a hospitality venue or a creative workspace.
