Evagreen wins Development of the Year at the 2025 British Homes Awards!

We’re delighted to share that Evagreen, our development in Wandsworth Town, has been named Development of the Year (up to 20 homes) at the 2025 British Homes Awards.

Tucked away on All Saints Passage, Evagreen represents an important chapter in Artform’s story – our largest project to date, and our very first venture south of the river. Designed in collaboration with the talented teams at GPAD and Scenesmith, the scheme brings together design-led architecture and sustainable living.

Reimagining the Design

When we acquired the site, the existing planning consent offered a good starting point, but we saw the potential to create something truly special. Through a Minor Material Amendment (MMA), we worked with Scenesmith and GPAD to reimagine the façade and material palette, introducing a composition of tonal glazed bricks from EH Smith in deep forest green and soft sage, offset with smooth precast concrete detailing.

The result is a building that feels rooted in its surroundings, while also bringing a sense of warmth to the streetscape. It’s a façade that reflects Evagreen’s core values – sustainability, craftsmanship and a connection to nature.

Designed for Modern Living

Inside, every detail was considered with the planet and wellbeing in mind. The interiors were longlisted for a Dezeen sustainability award, featuring carbon-neutral kitchens, gas-free heating and cork flooring – a renewable, tactile material that’s both durable and comfortable underfoot. Every apartment includes its own private terrace and at roof level, a communal terrace provides residents with shared outside space.

Evagreen wouldn’t have been possible without the collaboration and creativity of so many talented partners. Huge thanks go to GPAD and Scenesmith as well as the wider project team who helped turn a vision into reality.

Winning this award is a proud moment for everyone at Artform — recognition not just of design quality, but of our ongoing commitment to building homes that enhance the way people live.
