Health & Safety
It’s vital and a legal requirement that your Health & Safety duties are adhered to. These include the necessary appointment of a Construction Design & Management (CDM) / Health & Safety Consultant and Principal Designer.
Consultant Management
After identifying the scope of works, we’ll tender and negotiate with all the consultants required to discharge the planning conditions and ultimately design and build the project. We’ll chair both design and progress meetings with the consultants, providing direction and progression.
Legal Commencement
We’ll arrange and coordinate all necessary surveys, consents and applications so the project can legally commence. This includes the information required for design and construction such as Party Wall Awards, Licenses and Access Agreements.
Indicative Programme
Our aim when producing an indicative programme is to identify the most efficient route towards a ‘start-on-site’ date. We’ll outline time frames for design, procurement, mobilisation, construction and snagging.
Building Control & Warranties
It’s key to appoint Building Control as early as possible, as well as a new build warranty provider. Once chosen, we’ll liaise with the necessary teams to agree on the most efficient strategy for all elements of the construction.
Risk Register
We’ll create a Risk Register that identifies and provides mitigation for any possible planning, design and construction concerns.
