Show home

We’ll ensure the contractor fast-tracks a show unit to be ready before the rest of the building is complete. Then, working closely with the appropriate designer, in the lead up to launch we’ll prepare and dress the show home. This allows potential buyers and tenants to buy or lease your units as early as possible.

Agent Management

Taking various elements into account such as location and prestige, we’ll appoint and liaise with a chosen agent (or agents) to sell or lease your property / properties.

Post-sales Management

Once sold, we’re able to manage customer care for the 12-month defect period.
