Senior Design Manager
David brings over a decade of experience in property, with a background in architecture and a career spanning some of London’s most significant regeneration schemes. After graduating from the University of Nottingham, he worked on major mixed-use projects, delivering high-quality homes and commercial spaces across the capital.
At Artform, Dave steers projects from the drawing board to handover, coordinating design from planning stages through to construction. He works closely with consultants, contractors and site teams to ensure every scheme is compliant, coordinated and buildable.
Known for his ability to bridge design, technical and commercial considerations, Dave plays a key role in keeping programmes running smoothly and safely. A strong advocate for Health and Safety, he believes every site should be a place where people can work confidently and return home safely.
