Wojciech Mielnik
Site Supervisor & Multi Trader
In the early years of his career, while living in Poland, Wojciech worked alongside his parents running a construction ceramics plant. It was there that he gained invaluable experience with heavy equipment such as excavators, forklifts, loaders and bulldozers.
As he rose into more superior roles, Wojciech learnt to repair the machines he worked on and had his first taste of renovation projects at the factory. This prompted him to choose a vocational school where he trained in the bricklayer profession before continuing his education at a construction technical school.
Since moving to the UK, Wojciech has spent the majority of his years at Artform where he has flourished within our development construction team. Not only is he an all-rounder on site, taking on each task with energy and passion, Wojciech supervises a number of our projects.

If you were stuck on a desert island, who from the office would you want to be stuck with and why?
Anyone! All the people here are great. But if anyone has a hand saw I will probably choose them – it will be much easier to build a raft.
