Ben Lampert
Development Director
Ben makes sure all our developments are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards. He believes quality goes beyond the surface. That’s why he regularly visits site to check every detail throughout construction.
Since his career began as a carpentry apprentice, Ben has gained extensive knowledge and experience of the construction industry, as well as a thorough understanding of the built environment.
After moving to the commercial side of the industry, Ben graduated from University of Westminster with an honours degree in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management. He’s worked in several commercial roles for large contractors in addition to a leading central London developer.
As well as gaining his degree and buckets of experience, Ben is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).

Wojciech for his carpentry skills and ability to assist me in building a raft.
What’s been your proudest moment since joining Artform?
Establishing the company as an in-house contractor and being able to build for ourselves.
